L'Apéritif Ambré on Ice

Ingredients

• 75 ml Noilly Prat Ambré
• 1 Twist of grapefruit
• Large ice sphere

Method

1. Pour Noilly Prat Ambré over ice sphere and stir once.
2. Squeeze the grapefruit peel over the glass to release its essential oils.
3. Garnish with the twist of grapefruit.
